People only buy into what they see if they work for you or with you, but what they see as a possibility. I’ve heard from some of my clients that teamwork is dead and that their people no longer care, my question is for them I guess it doesn’t work in sports either that only one person is ultimately responsible for the win or the loss. We all know that is complete bullshit and that certain people are better at things than others. As we come up on the Fourth of July weekend in 2022 we realize that our independence was won through the blood and sacrifice of others it clearly took a team to make that happen. I am definitely not the kind of person you can sell that it’s my customers are The most important, they are extremely important without a culture of teamwork and willingness to give your customers and clients the excellent service they deserve you’ll be out there by yourself. On this very special weekend, think to yourself is teamwork part of your company‘s culture, if not I would suggest you start integrating it. On a special forces team in the military everybody has a specific task they’re much better at but they’re all part of the team or in that world the teams, each soldier or specialist has a particular set of skills better than the others although they can all do each other’s job, but only one is the Rockstar in the field.
